Q&A: What is the CIF ruling that states all California High School Sports are to be funded equally?

Question by steveo: What is the CIF ruling that states all California High School Sports are to be funded equally?
I believe there is a rule that states boys and girls sports in high school are all to be funded equally and fairly. Does anyone know this rule if in fact it exists. I can’t find it but keep hearing about it.
